My Promise to You!
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying fees, qualifications, equipment, training, experience, reporting methods. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspectors own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

Shop and compare our competition to us!
I encourage you to ask the following questions to other companies and compare their answers to ours. In some cases our quote may appear a little more expensive at first, but no one else can beat our value.
1. Does our inspector have hands-on construction experience? (in the field, not behind a desk)
YES. If the inspector has little to no hands-on building experience how can they claim to be a building expert? Books and classes are great tools but they do not replace actual experience.
Bruce has been in building and construction for over 25 years and has been in the inspection business for over 7 years! Click on Staff Profiles, above, for more information.
2. What type of report do you give?
Our report is a computer generated report in a mixed narrative style with imbedded photos. Photos of the major issues are included with explanations, & annotations just to make the information clearer to you. (photos also made available as an option on CD in HIGH RESOLUTION). Our reports are detailed but are also easy to understand. We do not use vague or broad terms which could make the results confusing. We don't use hand written forms or check boxes because we know that you want more information than: Roof condition: Poor. "What does poor mean? What did we see? What needs to be repaired?"
3. Will I get an inspection report on site?
NO. All of the time we book with you is spent on the inspection of the property. It takes us an additional 2 to 3 hours to write a comprehensive and detailed report. You can receive the report as a PDF document delivered by email, usually the following day.
You also receive the printed report neatly compiled in a 3 ring binder with other important documents.
Buying a new home is probably the largest and most important investment you will ever make. And its a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision.
A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We really enjoy helping our clients in this process customer service is our highest priority. With so much invested in the purchase of your house, you'll want it professionally evaluated by an expert home inspector. As an independent inspector, I am trained to evaluate the houses major systems and structural integrity. I will provide a comprehensive written report identifying areas of concern and items that need attention before you close on the house.
We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. You should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you may have during the inspection process. The inspector will point out problems and explain them to you. The inspector will also show you the good points of the house as well. Plus, we will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain it.
This is not just a "walk-Thru"...

You'll get a comprehensive minimum 40 page report that includes digital photos and is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report. A Summary Sheet is part of the report. This page lists the deficiencies found that would likely effect your decisions before closing.
Armed with the information our report will provide, you can make your decision with confidence and Peace of Mind.
This is your opportunity to insure you are making a sound investment. Let me be there to help. Contact me today!
