Swansea, Massachusetts, Aug. 11, 2003 East Coast Home Inspections of Swansea, MA announced the launch of a new state of the art home inspection services Web site today. The new site, www.ec-inspections.com is powered by a la mode, inc. net.X technology, which integrates and leverages a range of desktop and Internet applications and data sources to extend the network to provide better service to East Coast Home Inspections clients.

This new inspection services site provides streamlined services for existing as well as potential new clients, while also providing our staff with technology integration that allows us to be more effective in our daily operations said company owner Bruce Wingate. LOCAL MAN RECEIVES CERTIFICATION

The Home Inspection Institute of America, Inc. is pleased to announce the renewal of the designation of Certified Home Inspector for Bruce Wingate of Swansea, Massachusetts.

The Institute was established with the primary purpose of working from within the industry to improve and strengthen the industry.  This is done by Certifying only those Home Inspectors who have pledged to uphold the rigid Standards and Code of Ethics of the Institute.

 As part of the Certification process, inspection reports are submitted by the inspector and scrutinized by the staff of the Institute.  Part of this review process involves contact with the home buyers and/or real estate professionals involved in the inspections under review.

In 2000, Wingate attended an intense course on Home Inspection at the Home Inspection Institute of America, Inc. in Connecticut.
